Very very annoyed!'I got TV, velocity very high speed internet and their security system for only 125/month 1st yr 152 2nd yr. A different company I had misrepresented the system and a crappy nanny cam for $68/month on a 3 yr contract. I used to
hate Comcast, however they've improved dramatically and the price CANT be beat. ADT has great sales reps, but when the techs come out, they bash the quality of the product and highly recommend going with a separate video company, which is the main reason i
wanted a system to begin with. Comcast has definitely upped their game and has a good system and for the bundled price cant be beat. As far as customer service, hell who has good CS these days no one its not the 80's any longer!ATandT which owns direct TV now and Comcast are monopolies and get away with lack luster support, speak clearly with the stupid bot and be polite to the rep and it always seems to go pretty good. I've only had to call 2x per user confusion other than that its worked very well!Not too many complaints. Since we pay our home insurance a yr up front the hefty discount check of 252 didn't disappoint either.

com except for the two giants, ADT and Vivint. Anything that uses alarmdotcom as it's backbone is a safe bet. If you want what is hip and cool definitely go for Pulse or Vivint which have their own unique app. In my experience, Vivint's is the
best at security camera recording with the ability to go back and fetch time points on the footage easily.
Most others takes a long time to go back and view footage, re capture it if needed for authorities. Thanks for the coverage on this post, in buying a home security system this control aspect from smart devices is actually what I'm researching first.
